Carol Anne RICHARDSON

Carol Anne Richardson, born January 28, 1954 in Hamilton, Ontario, passed away December 19, 2012 in Hilliers, British Columbia.  Carol is predeceased by parents Jane Annette Stevens (Bob "Gramps") and Donald Ward Richardson. She is survived by Gerard Klomp soulmate of 15 years; children Erin Kathleen Morrissey (Ray Bishop) of Hilliers and Lucas Ryan Morrissey of Victoria; grandchildren Emma and Elizabeth Ruhl; sister Mary Parkinson (Brian) of Nanaimo; and brother Peter Richardson (Sheila) of Richmond.

Carol studied nursing at the University of Toronto and spent her life in service to others.  She was executive director of Forward House in Parksville, BC, for 23 years and will be sorely missed by the many whose lives were touched by her compassion and generosity.  Her private life was dedicated to her beloved family and pets, who will mourn forever the loss of her effervescent spirit and wonderful sense of humour.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Yates Funeral Chapel, 1000 Allsbook Rd, Parksville, BC, December 29, 2012 at 11:00am.
