He is survived by his loving wife, Kathleen Smith and his sister, Janice Smith.
There is to be no funeral or memorial service.
To all those who I may have hurt or wronged in my life, I offer my sincere apologies and hope that, if I didn’t make appropriate amends, know that I would have if it had been possible.
To all those who may have hurt me or wronged me in my life, I wish them well, for each and every one came into my life for a reason; to teach a lesson which I may or may not have learned.
To all those who have stood by me, loved me, or been my friend, I offer my thanks, love and best wishes for long and happy lives.
