It is with great sadness and sorrow to announce that on the evening of January 14, 2022, Jack passed away in Port Alberni BC, which has been his hometown for over 35 years.
Survived by his wife Mindy Jennifer (Tyler)-Zachary Austin & Nic Krysta (Bobby) -Mayson & Maliya Ryan-Devynn Janet (Jo) Jim (Elizabeth) Daphne (Gord) Debbie Terry (Debbie) Susan Tara (Jason) Caleb (amanda) Jared (Martina) Shalanne and many more nieces and nephews and their children
Predeceased by his parents James Wilkison & Audrey Wilkison (Nee Budden) Joyce Roche-Reg, Geoff & Jeanie
Jack enjoyed spending time outdoors on his boat and also with his grandchildren - known as Papa Jack. Jack will be remembered as a very kind, patient, and caring man. His memories will be cherished deeply by his grandchildren, family, and friends.
