Jeanette Rose GALLIC

She was born May 2nd, 1939, in Regina, Saskatchewan and raised by her mother Pauline Stienhauer (nee Kipper) and stepfather Frederick Stienhauer. She was a loving wife to Jim Gallic who she married on February 5, 1955, they had four children. Jan was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunty and friend. Jan was also known as; Nan, Nanners, Nanny, Gramma Jam, Jan the Nan. Her biggest accomplishment was her family who she endlessly fed and fussed over. She enjoyed baking, going to bingo and the casino especially with her children and grandchildren.

Jeanette is survived by her four children: Deb Foxcroft (Mike), Wendy Gallic, Jason Gallic, Lisa Gallic; she is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, 23 great-grand children and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family are asking for donations to be made to haahuupayak school.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at the Maht Mahs Gym starting 1:00pm, refreshments to follow.
