It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Joan Foster.
Joan was predeceased by her husband John (Jack) Foster in 2005. Joan will be deeply missed by her daughters, Shirley (Wes), Carolyn (Martyn), Sharon (Mike), and her grandchildren Josh, Justin, Joanne and Alfred.
Joan loved spending time with her family, a good bingo game, and the Parksville boardwalk, enjoying the view.
Joan, was a shining light in all of our lives and will be forever loved and missed.
