Karen Marie (Howe) Begg

Born June 28th, 1957 in Victoria B.C., Karen is predeceased by her parents Bill and Viola Howe, and her older brother David.

Karen leaves behind and will be greatly missed by her loving husband of 49 years Ron, two children Steven and Sheena (Bill Weibe), as well as three grandchildren - Sophie, Jenson and Jacob. She also leaves behind many family members including two siblings, Debbie and Alan.

Karen had a long career in accounting, periodically taking well deserved holidays to Mexico, a trip to Japan, Las Vegas and a motorhome trip across Canada.

In her later years she developed a special interest in her fathers ancestry, embracing her Metis heritage.

Karen's last few years have been spent living in Errington BC, enjoying her neighbors and relaxing by the firepit with Ron, her beloved dog Booker, and a Coors light beer.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

In honor of Karen's wishes there will not be a service.
