Lindsay Lee Lovelace

Lindsay was born in Yorkton Saskatchewan on June 9, 1954 and spent his early years on the family farm, until his family moved to Victoria BC when he was a young boy. He later lived in Nanaimo and finally, Nanoose Bay. Lindsay loved the natural beauty of Vancouver Island and would often be found sitting on his porch admiring the surrounding forest, nature and the stars above him. 

Lindsay will be remembered as a loving and dedicated father, grandfather, brother and son. He spent many years selflessly caring for his aging parents, Lea and Sarah Lovelace, before they each passed. Lindsay is survived by his daughter Talea (Michael) Lovelace, grandchildren Skylar, Kelin and Torin LeBlanc, sister Colleen (Wes) Hunter, along with extended family and many friends who were like family to him.

Lindsay will be greatly missed by his family and friends, and we will keep his memory in our hearts.

A memorial service will be held for him on Sunday April 23rd, 2023 at 1pm at Yates Memorial Services (1000 Allsbrook Road) in Parksville BC.
