Born in West Vancouver, Lucy lived in Parksville-Qualicum area for over 92 years. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her mother and father (Frank and Barbara), husband (John), brothers (Jim and John), and sister (Jean). Survived by sister, Anna, daughter, Barbara (Mike), son, Glynn (Anne), grandchildren, Brad, Trina (Dan), three great grandchildren (Dustin, Tamara and Hayley) and special nieces and nephews. Special thanks to nieces, Sandy and Steph, who kept ""Auntie Lucy"" company sharing a cup of tea. Thank you to Parksville Home Support for the wonderful care. A celebration of Lucy's life will be held Sunday June 17th at 1pm at Welch Park in Qualicum. In lieu of flowers please donate to the SOS or one of the local historical societies.
