Early Monday, January 10, 2022, Margaret Jean Jackson (nee Ramsay) passed away in her sleep. Her loss was completely unexpected, and her family is shocked and deeply saddened. Leaving behind her loving husband, Rob Jackson, stepson, Dylan and sister, Elizabeth (Curtis).
Margaret was the love of Rob’s life and together they had recently moved to Sproat Lake, from Victoria, where Margaret spent her summers since childhood. Their time was passionately spent working in the garden and fixing up their home.
Margaret was born on January 27, 1950, in Port Alberni, to William and Helen Ramsay. She spent most of her working life at McGill and Orme Pharmacy in Victoria, as a pharmacist assistant, where she felt very connected to her customers. Margaret loved gardening, spending time at Sproat Lake, jigsaw puzzles, and playing Canasta with friends. She especially enjoyed making lists for her darling husband Rob. Anyone who knew Margaret knew she was kind and caring, loved animals, and was very loyal to her friends and family.
