Margot was born September 29,1945 in Victoria, BC to Harold and Dorothy Pellett..
Margot worked for the law firm of Banovinic, Scoffield, and Mosley in Port Alberni as a legal secretary for 14 years. She left the law firm to pursue her passion of starting a hobby farm where she raised sheep, chickens and took care of unwanted cats. Her sheep were seen at our annual fall fairs and lamb “Joey” was taken to local schools to educate children on farming
Margot was a member of the Faternal Order of Eagles here in Port Alberni as well as an active member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. When she was younger, Margot scuba dived off the coast of Tasu, BC.

Margot had two children, William and Laurena Heigh which she raised in Port Alberni. She was blessed with two grandchildren Amanda-Lee Heigh and William Jackson Renegar-Heigh.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no formal service. The best way to honour her memory would be to feed a stray.
