Anne was born on February 12, 1936 to Robert Gordon and Lilian Jane (Barr) Miller in Vancouver BC. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank Albert Terepocki; parents and sisters, June Miller and Margery Wilkin as well as grandson Geoffrey Receveur. Moving to the Alberni Valley at a young age she grew up in the Beaufort area and spent all the adult years of her life at the family acreage on Bayne Road where she and her husband raised a family of nine children. She was widowed in 1981 and maintained the family property where she gardened and grew flowers and vegetables until her death. Active in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints she served in volunteer capacities for over 60 years as a teacher and leader of women and youth and in the latter years as a consultant in family history. Anne also spent several years as a foster parent to many young children.
She is survived by children, Roxanne (Terry) Receveur of Prince George; Brent, Aaron (Robyn) of Victoria; Jane of Coquitlam; Megan (Andrew) of Nanaimo; Sarah (Tacoma WA); Rebecca, Laurie, Nathan of Port Alberni; grandchildren, Laura (Matt), Ben (Melisa), Christopher, Cameron (Chris), Krystal (Colin), Shean
(Angelina), Sydney, Carly, David, Dallyn, Jessica, Jennifer (David), Ryan (Vanessa), Nathan (Sara), Kaden, Alicia (Chris), Nick; and 13 great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 1:00 pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints 4815 Compton Road in Port Alberni, BC. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Ty Watson House.
Cremation has taken place.
