Regina Maria Bosma

May-20-1933 to June-8-2024

Regina passed away peacefully at west Coast General Hospital, surrounded by her family. She was predeceased by her husband and her four siblings.

Regina was survived by her four children Ed(Inger),John, Vittoria(Gary)and Glenda(Frank). She also leaves behind 10 Grandchildren, 17+1 Great-grandchildren and 1 Great great

Grandchild.

Mom arrived in Port Alberni in 1952 with her fiancé and his family from the Netherlands. Mom and Dad were married that same year. In 1953 they started there family and continued there life here in Port Alberni.

Mom was an avid gardener. She loved her flowers, enjoyed cooking, cleaning and baking. She especially loved big family dinners and spending time with all her grandchildren. They will miss their Oma very much.

In her later years she enjoyed her life at Pioneer Cottages. The community there was a nice place for her. She enjoyed visits with neighbours there and sharing her cooking with some. We as a family are grateful for the friends she made there.

Our mom will be sadly missed and never forgotten.
