It is with deep sadness that the family of Richard Bruce Barrett announce his passing on December 21 (to be confirmed), 2020.

Richard was born in Winnipeg on October 30, 1947. He continually moved westerly, finding his favourite place by the ocean.

Richard was a warm, compassionate, hardworking, witty man who loved to cook, laugh and dance.

Richard will be missed by his family and all that knew him.
