I am so sorry to just see this now. I had been looking for Ron online for some time and found this obituary today. Jeff, I did not know about you til now, but as soon as I looked at your baby picture I knew I had found the obituary of my friend Ron. You look so much like him in that picture! Ron was my friend when we both lived in Ottawa. He had many questions about life and did struggle, but he was also kind, loyal and one of the most intelligent people I have ever met. If I can help you with anything, please let me know. I think Ron led me to this to read your story, and in his honour, I would gladly talk to you.

I am Ronald's son Jeff and I'm 32 years old, I never knew my father but I was finally ready to take the phone number my grandmother gave me a couple years back on my birthday December 19 in a birthday card and make contact. I told her I would make contact someday, unfortunately I was 6 months too late.  It's crazy how the world works. Best of wishes to all those close. My heart goes out to my Grandmother who has lost both men in her life in a short time. I love you Grandma and may the sun always shine on your face and the wind upon your back. XOXO
