Shirley was predeceased by her first husband Alan Scott in 1979, her twin sister Aileen Thompson, siblings Frank, Tom, Joan. Survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Ken Cotton; children Greg (Linden) Scott, Carol (Wayne) Ingalls; stepchildren David Cotton, Lisa Masters; grandchildren Mackenzie, Brody, Kara and Ryan and Devon; her sister Marjorie; and many nieces and nephews.
Shirley was born in Toronto, Ontario and worked for a number of years as a comptometer operator at Sears. She moved to the Okanagan with her family in 1976 and eventually settled in QualicumBeach with her husband Ken. Shirley was an avid member of the Qualicum Seniors Centre. Her smile and great sense of humour will be missed.
