He is also survived by his mother, Dorothy; brothers Larry (Shirley), Jerry and sister Marlene; numerous nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
Steve and Tricia lived and raised their two daughters in Fergus Ontario. In the summer of 2004 they moved to Parksville BC where they enjoyed their retirement years. He spent his time happily puttering around the house, fishing, and working on his computer.
Words cannot express how greatly he will be missed by his family and friends.
A celebration for his life was held at his home in Parksville BC. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 19, 2013 at 2:00 pm in the Butterfly Garden of St James Anglican Church, 171 Queen Street East Fergus, Ontario.
