Wayne was born in Regina, Saskatchewan on November 28, 1949, He was predeceased by his parents, Agnes McDonald and Ronald Bell, and brother, Richard Bell. He is survived by his brother, James Bell (Barb Murdock) of Creemore, Ontario. Wayne will be missed by his close friends Terry, Cecilia and Doug.
Cremation has taken place. Upon his request, Wayne’s ashes will be scattered in a peaceful place in Ontario overlooking Georgian Bay.
