Bradford Nichols, 83, of Dayton, Texas, passed away Friday, January 31st, 2025. He was born in Providence, Rhode Island, on October 26, 1941, to Irving and Dorothea Nichols. He was married to Meredith Nichols for 59 years. Brad worked as a carpenter & millwright in his younger years.
He served as an elder in the Liberty congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Liberty, Texas. Brad had a deep passion for reading the Bible and sharing the good news of God's Kingdom. He found joy in playing the guitar, writing poetry, and composing songs. He cherished time spent with friends andbheld his family close to his heart. Among his many loves was his beloved adopted chihuahua, Bubba, whom he affectionately renamed Bubba Sue. He was preceded in death by his parents and two younger brothers, Gordon Nichols and Mark Nichols.
He is survived by his wife, Meredith; son, Travis Nichols (married to Alejandra Nichols); daughter, Cassie Williams (married to Chad Williams) and grandson Cullen Mahaffey
