Cecil Leon Blaine, age 95, of Pasadena, Texas away on Tuesday, September 12, 2023. He was born in Lenory, OK on March 1, 1928 to Marvin and Pearl Blaine. He was married to Peggy O. Blaine for 51 years.

Cecil L. Blaine worked for Phillips 66 for 37 years. Cecil had a passion for horses, cattle, girl softball coach, RV camping.

He was preceded in death by his wife Peggy O. Blaine, parents Marvin O. Blaine and Pearl Hart-Blaine, sisters Arlis Smith, Arlene Terbush, and Reeta Avery, son-in-law James M. King.

He is survived by his three daughters Mickey Marie Warren and husband Barry, Cecilia Kay King, and Loretta Jo Miller, three grandchildren Mickey Marvin Blaine (Nicole), Blaine Wesley King (Stephanie), Cherish M. (Peaches) Reyes (Manuel, seven great grandchildren Tegan and Finnley Davis Blaine, Alex Chason and Kaegen Rylie King, Erick Manuel, Mark Anthony, Olivia Davis, and Zack Joseph Reyes, four nieces and one nephew from his Oklahoma family.
