It is with great sadness that the family of Faye Nichols announces her passing. For the past 8 months Faye battled a suspected rare brain disease, Creutzfeldt - Jakob Disease. The Lord relieved her of her suffering and called her home March 22, 2019 at the age of 84.

Faye will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt. Let’s not forget her love for customers and friends of Jo-Dean’s Beauty Salon.

She is preceded in death by her father, Jesse Richardson; mother, Geneva Richardson; husband, Keith “Jack” Nichols; and siblings, Jesse Richardson, Denman Richardson and Janice Limburg. Faye leaves behind her siblings, Barbara Kolessar and Ray Richardson; children, Mike Nichols and Pam Gardner; grandchildren, Joel Nichols, Kimberlee Sanchez, Brian Nichols, Richard Gardner and Kayla Denbow.

Grandma Faye is also survived by her pride and joy, her great-grandchildren, Jack Nichols, Parker Nichols, Kennedy Nichols, Jordan Nichols, Oliver Sanchez, Caleb Sanchez, Crue Gardner, Cal Gardner and Brooklyn Denbow, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Proverbs 31:28
And her children will rise up and call her blessed...
Grandma Faye was loved by many. I watched her over the years serve her family with all that she had to give. She was a woman of true integrity telling "it like it was," but always with kindness and grace. Her love was unconditional and knew no boundaries. She gave, expecting nothing in return, and she did not keep accounts--what was hers, she freely gave. This was especially true of her love. Her passing brings great sadness and leaves a hole in our hearts, but with her passing, she leaves behind a great legacy in her family. She lived a life that brought honor to herself, to her family and to our Lord Jesus. Our family was blessed to have known and loved her.

All my special times with Faye will be cherished forever. My heart is full of sadness but I can be at peace knowing I will see her again. Amazing and beautiful, full of love for her family. Faye will be missed.
