He was a member of 3rd Marine Division who served in Vietnam and was an avid Houston sports fan who loved his family.
He was preceded in death by mother; Wilma Mae Lucas, father; Cleo Joseph Bonura, step-mother; Ethel Bonura, and brother; Michael Bonura and grandmother; Laura Mae Hall.
He is survived by his sons: Kevin Bonura, Daniel Bonura. Sisters: Janis Melching, Margaret Erpenbeck. Grandsons: Andrew Bonura, Kayden Bonura. Grand-daughters: Kaitlyn Bonura, Ana Lisa Bonura.
There will be a visitation at Grand View Funeral Home, Monday, February 26th from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM with a graveside to follow at 3PM at Grand View Memorial Park.
