Gil is survived by his mother Maria Angela Martinez Proa de Flores; sister Rosalinda Flores; longtime friend Rosa Grimaldo. Also cherishing his memory are his many nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives. Gilberto is preceded in death by his father, Jose Encarnacion Flores; his siblings, Margie Conchola, Juan Jose Flores and Arturo Flores.
