

Guadalupe Aguilar, born on May 30, 1942, in San Antonio, Texas, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2025, at the age of 83 surrounded by her loving family. Guadalupe was a resident of Pasadena, Texas.
Guadalupe grew up in San Antonio, Texas before settling in Pasadena, Texas. She was a devoted homemaker who dedicated her life to caring for her family. She enjoyed listening and dancing to Tejano music, completing crossword puzzles, reading daily scriptures and expressing her creativity through crafts. She especially cherished daily phone conversations with her only sister who lived in Iowa.
She is survived by her three sons, Joseph Anthony Ortega, John Raymond Aguilar (Betty Aguilar) and Jessie Daniel Aguilar (Maria Aguilar), eight grandchildren: Corina, Rene, Leness, Stephanie, Joseph Anthony, Bianca, Ashley, Bryanna and seven great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy and pride.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Raphael Aguilar; her sister, Juanita Aponte; her daughter-in-law, Stephanie Ortega; her mother, Natalia Valles; and her grandparents.
Guadalupe will be remembered for her devotion to family and faith. Her legacy lives on through the many lives she touched and the family she leaves behind.
