Jesse M. Hernandez, our beloved father and grandfather passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2015. Born in Beeville, Texas, Jesse was a longtime Pasadena resident. He worked and retired, after 20 years of service, from the city of Pasadena working in the sanitation and lastly in the automotive departments. Jesse is preceded in death by his wife, Julia M. Hernandez; an infant son, Jesse, Jr.; 3 sisters and 6 brothers. He is lovingly survived by his children, Frank Hernandez and wife Aggie,Gregory Hernandez, Christina Arredondo, Mary Ghandoura and husband Hashim; Susie Flores and husband Ricardo; Jesse M. Hernandez, Jr. and wife Lisa; 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
The family will gather for visitation on Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 5:00 to 9:00p.m. in the chapel of Funeraria Del Angel, 901 main in Pasadena. Funeral services will begin at 10:00a.m. on Friday, May 22, 2015 in the chapel of Funeraria Del Angel with interment to follow after the services at Grand View Memorial Park in Pasadena.
