Born in Henderson KY but moved to Houston as a young child and always considered himself a Texan. Stayed in the US NAVY until retirement and then came back to Texas. Loved the outdoors, music, and gathering with family & friends.
He loved to tell stories about all the places he traveled in the US NAVY and all the people he met. Hobbies include cars, travel, and camping.
He will be deeply missed by sister Vicki Farley, brother Steve Farley, his daughter Mary Jones.
He is preceded in death by parents, Elmer & Mary Etta Melton Farley, brother Gary Farley and wife Jeanne Farley.
