Michael Daniello Jr., 82, of Deer Park, Texas, passed away peacefully on June 5, 2026. Born on July 23, 1943, in Buffalo, New York, Michael was a proud United States Marine from 1961 to 1967.
Outside of uniform, he was a lover of planes, trains and automobiles. Michael was employed by Northrop Grumman at Nasa Space Center Houston, contributing to the 1969 Apollo 11 Space Program and first landing on the moon. Joining ExxonMobile in 1972, he was a Railroad Supervisor in Baytown, Texas, for more than 30 years until retirement in 2003.
A devoted husband and father to two children, he is survived by his wife of 58 years, Jerilyn Daniello; his children, Tracy Dickerson and Christopher Daniello; and his sister, Teresa Becker.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Audrey; his sisters Lois and Jayne; and his brothers George and Rick. A military ceremony with family will be held in his honor.
