Myrtle "Clareece" Jones

Clareece Jones passed away on August 5, 2015 in Pasadena, TX at the age of 80 . She was born on May 30, 1935 in Longstreet, LA to the union of Sam Henry Yarbrough and Ethyl Powell Yarbrough. Clarecee was married to the late Jack Jones in 1957 until his death in 2009. She and Jack enjoyed spending many days at his deer lease. Clareece also was an active Eastern Star member, and she was a long time faithful church member and long time active member of Bethel Baptist Church. Clareece is survived by her brother, Stanley Yarbrough and his wife Shirley Yarbrough; sisters, Orell Wright and her husband Floyd Wright, and Rachel Sturrock; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends for visitation at Pasadena Funeral Chapel on Friday, August 7, 2015 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am with funeral services to begin at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at 12:30 pm in South Park Cemetery, Pearland, TX.
