Born November 28th, 1963 in Texas City, Texas, Raymond made Houston his home, where he spent his life caring for others both professionally and personally. He was a devoted Registered Nurse whose compassion reached far beyond the walls of the hospital. To his patients, coworkers, family, and friends, Raymond was more than a nurse—he was a source of comfort, hope, and genuine kindness. He had a remarkable gift for making people feel seen, valued, and loved.
Raymond had a heart that knew no limits. He would gladly give whatever he could if it meant bringing a smile to someone else’s face. His generosity, selflessness, and warm spirit left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him. He truly was the life of every gathering, filling every room with laughter, love, and unforgettable memories.
One of Raymond’s greatest joys was cooking and baking. No visit was ever complete without him arriving with a homemade meal or a delicious dessert, prepared with love. Sharing food was his way of bringing people together, creating moments that his family and friends will treasure forever.
Above all, Raymond was a loving and devoted father. His children: Adam, Nicholas, and Chris were the greatest blessings of his life, and he loved them with all his heart. His guidance, encouragement, and unconditional love will continue to live on through them.
Raymond was known for his caring nature, his gentle spirit, and the way he treated everyone with dignity and respect. He placed his trust in Jesus Christ, and his faith guided the way he lived each day with grace, compassion, humility, and hope.
Though our hearts are broken by his passing, we find peace in the promise of eternal life through Christ.
Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in God’s promise:
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18
And in the words of Jesus:
“I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die.” — John 11:25
While we grieve his absence, we rejoice knowing that he is no longer suffering and has been welcomed into the arms of his Savior. His love, lessons, and memory will continue to guide us every day.
Forever loved. Forever remembered. Forever in our hearts.
Visitation will be held at Pasadena Funeral Chapel, 2203 Pasadena Blvd, Pasadena, Texas 77502, on July 16, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. A Celebration of Raymond's life will begin at 12:00 pm.
