We are very sad to hear of Wendell's passing. He had been a friend of our family for many years. Our father, Harry, and Wendell were in the same morning coffee club at Denny's on Spencer Hwy for years. Later, when Harry became ill and resided in the nursing home, Wendell and his family came and saw Dad many times over his last years. Wendell was a soft spoken gentleman that always wore a smile and spoke kindly to everyone he met. This world needs more like him, and we will miss him dearly. Our condolences to the family in this time of grief.

Saddened to learn of Wendell’s passing. He was part of a group that went to Balmorhea in west Texas with Art LaRue and many others. We always had a great time on those hunting trips and and enjoyed Wendell’s since of humor. Oh the pranks that were pulled on those trips…RIP
