William Richard Mills

William Richard Mills, age 78, of Pasadena, Texas passed away on Monday, January 20, 2025. Son of Harriet Wood Mills and John Maurice Mills Sr.

A graduate of Pasadena High School 1965. He enjoyed the Sea Scouts, Choir, Band, and FFA. A Vietnam Navy Veteran 1966-1970.He was a Master Electrician, Local Union 716 Houston Texas. He was also owner operator of Richard’s Upholstery Service for 51 years. He married Peggy Sue McLoud in 1971.

Thank you to Bob Shaw for his weekly visits every Monday morning for two years.

Thank you to Dr. Mohamed Jeroudi and Dr. Abraham John for the excellent care of Richard.

He leaves to cherish his memories a loving wife Peggy Sue Mills.

A visitation for Richard will be held Monday, January 27, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Pasadena Funeral Chapel, 2203 Pasadena Blvd, Pasadena, TX 77502.

Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 3:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, Texas 77023.
