

Don was born on November 3rd, 1939 in Paso Robles, California. He attended and graduated from Paso Robles High School. Where he learned wood working and carpentry skills. Shortly after graduating he met Nancy Jean Carroll and they were married in the Spring of 1961. Don worked and retired from the Tracy Defense Depot as a carpenter. He received several awards for improving the operational procedures as well as being the shop steward to support fellow employees’ employment concerns.
Don was an avid sports fan, always supporting the local high school team, as well as the San Francisco 49ers and Giants. He enjoyed bowling in a scratch league, and later with his Wife and Children. He enjoyed spending time with his wife Nancy watching his favorite television shows such and Gunsmoke and other old time shows and listening to his favorite music.
The family will have a celebration of life ceremony on Thursday November 18th at 11:00 am at the Kuehl-Nicolay Funeral Home, and grave site service at 1:00pm at the Paso Robles Cemetery.
Don is preceded in Passing by his parents Charles and Marcellina Ojeda, His brothers Herman Ojeda, Tommy Ojeda, Phillip Ojeda and Gene Chavez, along with his sisters Dolores Ojeda, Cecilia Taddle, Molly Ojeda. Don is survived by his wife Nancy Ojeda, His Sister Juanita Dunham and Brother Anthony “Tony” Ojeda. His Children Don Ojeda, Sandra Camp, Debbie Herrera, Steven Ojeda and Connie Wilson, Shane Ojeda, Meghan Mazzara. Along with Grandchildren Joy Albayeros, Abraham Ojeda, Michael Ojeda, Joseph Ojeda, Sara Scivner, Sophia Williams, Andre Herrera, Anthony Herrera, Nancy Ojeda, Steven Ojeda,Laura Ojeda, Nathaniel Wilson, Jacob Wilson, Madelyn Wilson, Jaxson Mazzara and Great Grandchildren Benjamin Ojeda, James Ojeda, Elijah Scrivner, Caleb Williams, Connor Williams, Mykah Hererra, Ariana Ojeda, Ivan Ojeda, Isaiah Ojeda, Aiden Ojeda, Melani Ojeda, Lorenzo Marisol, Dalis Marisol, Marcelina Marisol, Ezekiel Rodriguez.
