My dearest grandma you were so loved.  Our memories of you will live on in our hearts and I know you Rest In Peace now with Grandpa. Hoping you are touring around in your big camper making new friends and enjoying each other’s company again.  Maybe playing a game of Canasta or Dominos.  We love you always.

Doris was the eldest in our Hollister family.  She also was the most wonderful of all of my sisters.  She and Guy were the best team.  In addition to being her sister, she and I worked together for San Jose State University in the Nutrition and Food Sciences department for years.  Doris retired from SJSU.  She was a well-remembered technician in their lab.  She and Guy loved playing games and RVing together.  She was a wonderful lady and someone I've looked up to all of my life.  She and Guy are together again and while we will miss her in this world, our family is happy that she is in a better place.  With Mom, Dad, Guy, sister Donna, brother that she loved dearly, Lloyd Hollister and with Guy's family....Nana Becker and sister Winnie.  As well as all that have passed before her.  95 years.... a precious soul that will be missed dearly.

I love you Mom and know you are now at peace with God and Dad in heaven.  Our daily chats will now be through prayer instead of by phone, but I know my thoughts and love will reach you.   Love, Lynn
