September 2, 1949 in Fresno,
Entered into Heaven August 6, 2018.
Today is a sad day, we lost a Husband, a Father, a Brother,
a Grandfather, and a Friend, to Parkinson’s Disease.
He was only 68 years old...
Ed attended Biola Elementary School and graduated from
Central Union High School, joining the Army after graduation.
He was a Vietnam Veteran, he didn’t talk much about that...
numerous years, starting his career with the Kings County
Sheriff’s Department, continuing on to the Paso Robles
Police Department, where he worked until he retired.
Bored by retirement, he went to work for the Paso Robles
School District, then Weatherby Inc., but Law Enforcement
was in his blood so he took a job at Fort Hunter Liggett
as a civilian Law Enforcement Officer.
His true passion was woodworking. He could always be
found in his shop working on small wooden toys
such as cars, trains, and trucks, as well as bigger pieces,
such as desks, bookcases and cabinets for his family,
friends, and the church.
He is survived by his wife and children Joann Dobrinin,
Daniel and his wife Heather, Douglas, and Darla Dobrinin,
Grandchildren- Campbell, Ethan and Griffin,
Brother - David Dobrinin and his wife Amy,
Sister - Patti Dobrinin Golden,
Also many nieces and nephews.
