Neal was a kind & generous person who brought joy to the Gallagher family and spent many days fishing with Jake.   We all have fond memories of time spent with Neal and with his family during the holidays.  We wish to extend our deepest sympathy and condolences during this difficult time. It’s with a heavy heart I write this message. Neal, I’ve had many long convos with you at rock n Robles since I frequent it often. You always had some fun stories to share. You were one of the good ones. I talked to you on Sunday at work and you were gone on Wednesday. I wish I could have gave you a handshake or hug. Treat everyone like it’s the last time you’re going to see them.

Frank, I want to start by saying thank you.  When I first met you I was a private fresh from basic. You treated me with respect and helped me learn the ropes.  After Desert Storm we remained friends and I have some great memories from us running around Kansas.  Rest in peace my friend.

Neal, you were a brother in arms and a soldier who took the time to help me out. It was an honor to serve with you and call you a friend.
