Peter Scott Navlan, 61, of Paso Robles died Feb. 12, 2016. Peter was born Oct. 1, 1954 in Gary, Indiana to Paul E. and Irene DuBois Navlan Sr. Peter moved to Paso Robles in the late 1990s and worked as a plumber in construction. At his request there were no services. Peter is survived by his brother, Paul Navlan Jr. of Long Beach, CA. Arrangements under the direction of Kuehl-Nicolay Funeral Home, Paso Robles, CA.
