

Roselyn Lucille Moore (Waer) passed away on December 11, 2016 after a battle with cancer. Roselyn was born, raised and lived in Paso Robles all of her life. Her husband of 57 years and her two daughters were by her side in their home in Paso Robles.
Roselyn was born to Irene and T.O. Dick Waer on April 21, 1939 in Paso Robles, Ca. the second oldest of five girls. She graduated from Paso Robles High School in 1957 where she met her high school sweetheart then attended college in San Francisco obtaining a certificate in business. When Thomas finished his tour of service in the Air Force they were married on December 6 1959.
She worked in Paso Robles for the Phone Company then PG&E for 25 years. Roselyn was a very active long-time member of The Plymouth Congregational Church, volunteering for many community service activities and belonged to the Women’s Circle. She was a member of Rainbow and a leader of Campfire Girls. She was a devoted wife and mother. She loved the beach, traveling in the motor home (visiting 48 of the 52 states) and being with her grandkids.
Roselyn is preceded in death by her parents and older sister Irene. She is survived by her husband Tom Moore, daughters Kay Moore and Cindy Liggett (Dan), 5 Grandchildren Ashleigh (Rudy), Nicholas, McKenzie and Derek DeLong and Heather Liggett. One great granddaughter Florence and three sisters Sharon Thompson, Janice Tackitt and Kathy Waer. Many nieces, nephews and friends.
