Vickie was born to Charles and Mary Atkins and grew up in Thousand Oaks. She made it to the central coast where she worked at a variety of jobs. Eventually she turned her attention to becoming a full-time mom (to many more than just her own children) and accountant of her husbands tractor repair business. She also dedicated much of her extra time to the church, youth group activities, kid’s camps and always found time to enjoy her own personal hobbies like cooking, arts and crafts, and shopping.
Vickie is survived by her husband Tim, son Jet, and daughter Sharlyn. she will be deeply missed and remembered by many.
