Autumn Lea Westfall, 39, of Pataskala, passed away unexpectedly on November 13, 2023 in Columbus, OH. She was born on July 1, 1984 in Columbus, OH, a daughter to the late Jinnell Westfall. Autumn is survived by her loving parents, Barry and Teresa Knight; siblings, Jerry (Chelsea) Rogers, Lorenzo Waldren and Nicole Boyd; grandmother, Barbara Knight; aunts and uncles, Paul (Lynda) Westfall, Bill (Lynda) Knight, Lea (Don) Owen and Daniel (Dorenda) Knight and many nieces, cousins, family, friends and nephew. In addition to her mother, she is also preceded in death by her grandparents, Paul (Judy) Westfall and Bill Knight; uncle, Michael Westfall and fiancé, Patrick Schlueb. Honoring the family’s wishes, cremation will take place. A memorial gathering will be from 2-6 p.m. on Sunday, November 19, 2023 at KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 289 S. Main St., Pataskala, OH 43062.
