Barbara Ann Tate, 62, of Etna, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2017 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. She was born on February 3, 1955 in Mount Pleasant, PA, a daughter to the late David and Ida (Pelliccione) Burnworth. Barbara is survived by her loving Children, Jason (Shani) and Nicholas; grandchildren, Connor, Caleb, Christian, Cory, Caroline Tate and Jackson Manning; siblings, David (Robin Walcott) Burnworth and Pam (Paul) Conaway; and many nieces, nephews and friends. In addition her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband Michael. Friends may call from 3-7 pm on Friday, May 26, 2017 at KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 289 S. Main St., Pataskala, OH 43062. Funeral service will be at 10 am on Saturday at the funeral home with Minister George Moore officiating. Interment will follow at Jersey Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 2800 Corporate Exchange Dr., Suite 260 Columbus, OH 43231 in Barbara's memory.
