Carol Mumma Fox, 64, of Pataskala, passed away Thursday, August 1, 2014 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. She was born on March 6, 1950 in Columbus, OH, a daughter to the late Richard and Martha Mumma. Carol is survived by her husband, John Fox; son, Eric; brothers, Donald Mumma and David Mumma; nephews Eric Adler, Scott (Meredith) Mumma and Nicholas Mumma; niece, Amy Mumma and loving companion, Nina. Friends may call from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 3, 2014 at KAUBER-SAMMONS FUNERAL HOME, 289 S. Main St., Pataskala, OH 43062. Interment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens at a later date
