Charles P. McKee, 60 of Pataskala, passed away at his residence on July 21, 2011. Born on December 27, 1950 to the late Charles Raymond and Jean (Hinger) McKee in Newark, Ohio. Charles served in the Vietnam War, were he received a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star. He was an avid Ohio State fan and was the Ohio Sales Rep for Breathing Air Systems. Survived by wife of 30 years Shelley (McBride) McKee, children Lonny McKee and Annette (Pat) Linn, grandchildren Emily and Nate Gall, siblings Eva Smith, Mike McKee, Gary (Marge) McKee and Sandy (Jim) Heffly. Friends may call at Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 from 11 am to 1pm. Funeral service to follow at 1pm. Burial to follow at Newark Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
