Hey big ed we never got to formally meet but i have heard nothing but great things about you. Lacey speaks so highly of you that you would almost think tour an idol to her, infact i think you are her idol as im sure your an idol to many others. I always encouraged her to go visit family and especially you and paula because i knew how much you both mean to her, shes bull headed and strong but i know shes broken right over your passing. She knows though that your no longer suffering and that your watching over her. Ill try every day to make sure she is ok and make sure im always there for her when she needs me, ill never be able to replace you as her best friend and i couldnt begin to try, what i can say though is ill be a best friend to her and try to guide her as you always have. She always has great stories and things to say about you and i honestly know she has never lost some one close to her like you so please watch over her and let her know your there when you can. I dont think her life will be the same without you she really loves you and paula more than ive seen her love really anyone else in that way. I know you had to have been one amazing guy to have touched her life and her heart the way you did. Ill forever be grateful for that. We hope to incorporate your name into the babies name to honor you. Lacey also wants to hold the baby in for 3 extra days.. Thats going to be one long labor and if that isn't saying you meant the world to her i dont know what would. I hope she gets to meet you again someday hopefully 90 years from now though when shes 116 lol. You really played a huge role in the good side of lacey and i can never thank you enough for that.

Rest in Heaven Eddie. We laughed about sharing the same birthday. I think about you always in the fall when we pass the apple farm. Loved your happy smile.
