Constance "Connie" Eloise Martin

Connie was the daughter of Janice and Richard Adams of Summit Station, Ohio. She spent most of her life in Pataskala, Ohio, where she built her home, career, and family. A dedicated nurse, Connie devoted her working life to caring for others, a role that reflected her deep sense of responsibility and compassion. Above all, Connie treasured her role as “Mimi” to her granddaughter, Kenzie, a title she wore with pride and joy and one of the greatest loves of her life. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Michael Martin. Connie is survived by her parents, Janice and Richard Adams; her daughter, Lyndsi Lee; her son-in-law, Blake Lee; her cherished granddaughter, Kenzie Lee; her sister and brother-in-law, Victoria and Judson Hardbarger; and many other family members who loved her dearly. Connie will be remembered by those who knew her, and she will be deeply missed by her family. Friends and family may call from 12-1 p.m. on Friday, January 23, 2026 at KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 289 S. Main St., Pataskala, OH 43062. Funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home with Pastor Bob Nicholson officiating. Interment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Columbus, OH.
