

Curtis is preceded in death by his wife Betty, who died in 2009 and his sisters Ila and Lou. He is survived by his children Larry (Kathy) Robbins, Cheryl Rector, Haley (Kathy) Robbins, Roland (Marcia) Robbins, and Bryon Robbins; eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and his sister Oma Cox.
Curtis retired from Owens-Corning in Newark Ohio, served his country in WWII in the US Army, being stationed in Germany. He loved to garden and fish, and was a fan of Cleveland Indians Baseball.
Friends may call at the Kauber-Sammons Funeral Home on Monday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday April 29, 2014 at 10:00 am at the funeral home with interment at Franklin Hills Memorial Park. An online memorial will be at www.kaubersammons.com.
