David Roy Burnworth Jr., 60, of Pataskala, Ohio passed away on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He was born on August 25, 1965, in Columbus, Ohio to the late Ida Marie and David Roy Burnworth Sr. David is survived by his loving girlfriend of 12 years, Robin Walcott; sister, Pam (Paul) Conaway; nephew, Steven (Sami) Conaway and their daughter Evelyn Conaway; niece Samantha Conaway; nephew, Jason (Shani) Tate and their children Connor, Caleb, Christian, Cory, and Caroline; nephew, Nick (Sarah) Tate; and many friends. In addition to his parents, David is preceded in passing by his sister and brother-in-Law, Barb (Mike) Tate. Honoring David’s wishes cremation is to take place.
