Evelyn Dillon Titus Jimines born at home on January 23, 1927 to the late Charles and Elsie Smith of Scottdale, Pennsylvania went to her heavenly eternal home peacefully on November 17, 2018. She was a graduate of Scottdale High School and worked as a typist for the Department of War in Washington DC. After getting married, moving to Ohio, and raising three girls, Evelyn took a job at Mercy Hospital in Portsmouth Ohio retiring as Director of Data Processing in 1988. Evelyn loved square dancing, clogging, playing cards, traveling, bowling, hiking...even riding a motorcycle into her 70’s. After moving to Granville Ohio in 2009 she became a member of Summit Seniors and Lima Seniors. Evelyn will be deeply missed by her children, Brenda Bates of Granville, Nancy Morbitzer of Pataskala and Pamela (Virgil) Dillon Chambers of Ohiopyle, Pennsylvania; Grandchildren Valerie (Tom) Parsons of Flower Mound, Texas, Amy (Eric) Klingerman of Pataskala and Paul (Liz) Morbitzer of Destin, Florida; Great grandchildren Tommy Parsons, Sophie Parsons and Anna Klingerman. Evelyn is also preceded in death by her brothers Ronald and Dorald Smith, a sister Rufinah Myers and late husbands, William Dillon of Portsmouth, Ohio (deceased 1974), John Titus of West Portsmouth, Ohio (deceased 1986), and Tavio Jimines of Westland, Michigan (deceased 2009). Visitation will be 11:00AM - 1:00PM, Friday, Nov. 23, 2018 at KAUBER-FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, 289 S. Main St., Pataskala, Ohio 43062. Funeral services will begin at 1:00PM at the funeral home with Pastor Phil Duncan officiating. Burial will follow at Pataskala Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions in Evelyn’s honor are suggested to Jersey Baptist Church Benevolence Fund, 13260 Morse Rd, New Albany, Ohio 43054.
