Grace Rebecca Carter, 76, of Pataskala, passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at her residence. She was born on August 7, 1939 in Roanoke, Alabama, a daughter to the late Major Morris and Annie (Green) Holt. She is survived by her children, Paul (Connie) Carter, Joan (Scott) George and Donna (John) Thomas; grandchildren, Brandi, Afton, Mitchell, Alec, Dalton, Emory, Ethan, Hannah and Austin; great-grandchildren, Peyton, Cameron and Roman. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her loving husband, Neil; brother, Mike Holt and grandson, Noah.
