Jerry W. Evans, 69, of Pataskala, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2021. He was born March 11, 1952 in Columbus, Ohio. Jerry is survived by his beloved daughters, Michelle (James) Warne and Jessica Evans; grandchildren Charles Schmitz, Maria Schmitz, Elizabeth Schmitz, Bailey Neumeyer, Alex Neumeyer, and Tyler Neumeyer; mother Doris Evans; siblings Bobby (Marcia) Evans, Ronnie Evans, and Diane Evans; special nephew Derryl Evans Jr.; and a host of other family, friends, and loved ones. He is preceded in death by his wife Teresa Evans; father Robert Evans; and siblings Derryl Evans, Wanda Evans, and David Evans. Private services are being arranged by Kauber-Fraley Funeral Home.
