John Sharrock Jr.

John Sharrock, Jr., 79 of Pataskala, passed away at his residence on May 13, 2011. Born on June 15, 1931 to the late John and Helen (Young) Sharrock, Sr. in West Lafayette, Ohio. John was in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict. Survived by wife of 61 years Evelyn Ann (Huston) Sharrock, children John (Bea), Roger (Pamela), Patty, Mike (Lori) Sharrock, Vicki Chafin and Pam (Shawn) Thomas and Helen (Scott), Habel, 25 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren, sibling Roger, Mary, Marlene, Clara and Darlene. Preceded in death by sisters Dorothy and Edna and a brother Jim. Friends may call at the Alexandria Baptist Church, 94 W. Main St., Alexandria, Ohio on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 from 6 to 8pm. Funeral service on Wednesday at the church at 10:00am with Pastor Larry Stewart officiating. Burial to be held at 2:00pm at Plainfield Cemetery, Plainfield, Ohio on Wednesday.
