June Marie Spurlock

June Marie Spurlock, 83, of Pataskala, passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. She was born on June 21, 1938 in Tennessee City, TN, a daughter to the late J.C. and Margaret (Mcelhiney) Brazzell. June loved to cook, gardening and taking care of her grandchildren. She is survived by her loving husband, Bradley Spurlock; children, Keith (Anita) Spurlock, Kenneth (Kelly) Spurlock, Rodney (Terry) Spurlock and Sherri Diedrich; grandchildren, Marie (Eddie) Swaggerty, Heather (Larry) Scott, Jennifer (Brian) Picklesimer, Jessica Spurlock, Amanda Spurlock, Nicholas Spurlock and Courtney Diedrich (Steve Schermerhorn) and Kyle (Brittney) Fridley; seven great-grandchildren; brother, J.C. Brazzell and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, June is also preceded in death by her daughter, Karen Spurlock-Fridley and siblings, Wilma Wynn, Pearl Frambrough and Christine Blanton. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Reynoldsburg Free Will Baptist Church, 9508 Taylor Rd. SW, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068. Funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday at the church with Pastor Jerry Sargent officiating. Interment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
